Ethan joined the team in February 2024 as a Cadet Surveyor, after completing his HSC at Mackillop College Port Macquarie. He is currently completing his qualifications by studying online through the University of Southern Queensland.

Ethan is furthering his knowledge within surveying through both office and field-based work, including traversing, levelling, detail surveys and construction surveys, while advancing his understanding of survey reductions through 12d Model and AutoCAD software programs.
